When you list your home with me, I will consult with you on a marketing strategy and generally you can expect a combination of the following services as necessary:

• Pricing 
  An accurate determination of the home’s worth, to afford you a timely sale and maximum profits. I will complete a thorough comparative market analysis (CMA).
• Sale Preparation
  I will meet with you to discuss preparing the property, if necessary, to maximize its appeal.
• Photos
  Color photos (interior & exterior) will be taken of your home for marketing purposes.
• Multiple Listing Service
  I will list your home on the MLS, with photos, to give access to literally hundreds of realtors eager to sell.
• Internet Marketing 
  Your home will be available on the company website; Preferred Properties at Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa, (With 3 offices covering the entire Galena/JoDaviess County Area).
• Print 
  Advertisements placed in local newspapers and real estate magazines with large circulation/coverage.
• Open House 
  If appropriate, I will conduct an open house to enable other realtors and buyers to view your property.
